These terms explain the basic rules for using Capsule Tube.
AI-generated output
Capsule Tube uses AI to generate Capsule Briefs, Ask the Video answers, and related outputs. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading, even when it sounds confident.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for how you use AI-generated output. Verify important information against the original video, transcript, and other reliable sources before relying on it, especially for decisions involving money, work, health, law, or safety.
No professional advice
Capsule Tube does not provide financial, legal, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice. Any investing, business, or professional output is informational only.
Subscriptions and renewal
Premium access is sold as a recurring subscription. Unless you cancel before the end of the billing period, your subscription renews automatically and Stripe will charge your saved payment method at the then-current price shown at checkout.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription according to the cancellation options provided through Stripe or Capsule Tube. Cancellation stops future renewals, but it does not usually refund charges already paid unless required by law or stated at checkout.
Acceptable use
You are responsible for the YouTube URLs you submit, the questions you ask, and how you use the generated output. Do not use Capsule Tube in a way that violates laws, platform rules, or the rights of others.
Limitation of liability
Capsule Tube is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated output.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales, unless applicable consumer law gives you rights to bring a claim elsewhere.
